Terms and Conditions for Lucrant AI

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Lucrant AI platform. They describe the rights and obligations of you, the user, and the applicable platform operator. Please review them before opening an account, using the service or initiating a transaction. By accepting these Terms, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the relevant counterparty.

By registering, logging in, using a platform feature or otherwise engaging with Lucrant AI, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use. The service is available only to individuals aged 18 or over. People under 18 and anyone without the necessary legal capacity must not access or use the platform. If eligibility or age cannot be confirmed, access may be restricted and the account may be suspended or closed.

Platform availability can be interrupted by technical issues, scheduled maintenance, software updates or wider service outages. Fast-moving markets, exceptional demand and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may also result in delays or temporary loss of access. We work to provide a dependable service, but continuous availability is not guaranteed. Lucrant AI may introduce, change or discontinue features, algorithms, market data, pricing feeds or supported markets without creating a right to compensation.

Materials provided on the platform—including text, images, page designs, software, algorithms, trade marks, logos and AI-produced analysis—are protected by copyright, trade mark law and other intellectual property rights belonging to Lucrant AI or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, publish or use these materials commercially without written permission in advance. A breach may result in civil claims or criminal action.

All information you provide, including identity, contact and payment details, must be truthful, complete and kept up to date. Inaccurate, incomplete or obsolete information may result in restricted access, withdrawal limits or legal action. Personal data is processed under our privacy policy and relevant UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR, with suitable safeguards and clear processing practices.

You are solely accountable for every investment or trading decision made through Lucrant AI, whether entered manually or arising from AI-assisted automation, as well as any resulting outcome. Lucrant AI supplies software and trading tools only; it does not offer personalised financial advice, investment recommendations or profit guarantees. Shares, cryptoassets and other markets can move sharply, and you may lose the full amount invested. Past performance should not be treated as an indication of future results. Only use money you can afford to lose.

These Terms may be amended or expanded where appropriate, including in response to regulatory updates, technical developments or changing market circumstances. Where reasonably possible, we will generally provide at least 14 days’ advance notice by email, an in-platform notification or a website notice. If you continue using the service once the revised Terms are effective, you will be treated as having accepted them. For material changes, you may elect to close your account.

Our service combines accessible information with measures designed to support user protection. These include up-to-date encryption, regular reviews, segregated client funds and comprehensive KYC/AML checks. Platform activity and transactions are recorded in a clear and auditable way. We seek to deal with users fairly and responsibly while applying controls intended to strengthen account security.
